Community Outreach is as busy as ever serving our surrounding community & we wanted to let you know what’s going on with this thriving & dynamic ministry.
This past weekend we were able to bless two areas of our community with a Convalescent Home visit & a Women’s Shelter visit. THANK YOU to all of the wonderful volunteers with hearts of gold for these deserving people in our community. You are a true blessing to those around you.
This weekend there are no Shoreline-sponsored events but there are two organizations which we support that are having events. The first of these events is an “All Women’s Ball” with all proceeds going to the Women’s Shelter which we visit.
The second is an open house at the newly-established Trinity Christian High School. If you have a high schooler and are looking to give them a quality, Christian education, please consider attending this event on Saturday, January 23rd from 2-4 pm on their campus.
Next Saturday, January 30th, from 9 am-2 pm is the first Shoreline Clean-Up Day for 2010. Join us at Shoreline for some “inreach” as we clean & maintain the church facilities for both visitors & members alike.
