As usual, Community Outreach has been as busy as ever serving our community. We wanted to let you know what’s going on with this dynamic ministry as well as how you can roll up your sleeves and get involved!
This past Saturday was February’s Serve Saturday. We shared God’s love for His people by handing out valentines to the residents of the Monterey Pines Convalescent Home, Gateway Center, the women’s shelter, Sunrise Senior Living Home, Windsor Monterey Care Center and several other locations. Everyone involved was so blessed. THANK YOU to those of you who helped with this great event.
Don’t forget that THIS Saturday, February 20th, is the monthly convalescent home visit. Join us for a time of fellowship and worship with these deserving people from 9:45-11:30 am.
The next evening, Sunday, February 21st from 7-8:30 pm is the second women’s shelter visit of the month. Please consider getting involved with this impacting ministry. Come and encourage these women in transition and be blessed yourself.
