James, Jesus’ own brother, started out as a skeptic. See how one glimpse of the resurrected Savior turned an unbeliever into a disciple.
Bible scholars compare James to the prophet Amos. In other ways, James more closely resembles the Book of Proverbs than any other New Testament book.
Topics in this study include: joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortunes for rich and poor, wisdom, gifts from above, single-mindedness, the dangers of the tongue, humility, and prayer.

Thirsty for God is a Bible study that will help you dive deeper into the Word of God and have true fellowship. Thirsty for God is open to anyone to join at any time. There is no cost for the study, nor do you have to sign up in advance for the study. We meet on Tuesday nights from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Cafe.
(Note, Thirsty for God will not be meeting on December 20th or December 27th due to the Christmas holiday. They will resume meeting on January 3rd.)
