It’s that time of year again! School is back in session, but that doesn’t mean we stop having amazing events for you! October means it’s Progressive Dinner season! That’s right, we are having our annual Progressive Dinner. This year’s theme is Super Hero! Everyone will dress up like their favorite super hero. From Superman to Spiderman to everything in-between, students with the best costume will win awards and prizes.
If you have never attended a Progressive Dinner let me explain how it all works. We will meet at the church at 5pm on October 22.
We pile into cars and head to the first home.
There we will enjoy appetizers.
We head back to the cars and on to the second house for the main course.
We will finish the night off with a last house and dessert.
We will return to the church at the end of the evening.
Simple enough, right?

Hey peeps (and peeps’ parents),
Just wanted to let you guys know about the new Facebook group that a couple of our very own students started and are managing (with Stephen’s help, of course). This is a perfect place to get plugged into what is happening in C3 on a weekly basis. Not to mention the daily devotions we will be starting soon.

Hey guys,
We will be heading to the Monterey County Fair on Thursday, September 5th in place of Crave. We will meet at the church at 5 pm to shuttle you (and your friends) over to the Fairgrounds. We have been blessed to receive FREE admissions tickets for all who wish to attend. If you plan on riding any of the attractions or eating, please bring money for either or both. We will start shuttling back to the church at 9 o’clock.

Hey everyone! On August 27th, from 7pm-10pm, we’re going to Del Monte Gardens Skating Arena. For $10 you get 3 hours of skating and your skate rentals! If you have your own skates, it’s only $7. This will be a fun time of hanging out and spending time with your classmates. Bring a friend and come have some fun!

This Saturday C3 will be heading out to Sacramento, California to float down the American River. We are leaving at 9am and returning that evening at around 9pm. The cost is $30, which covers gas and the rental of the rafts. The section of the river we float down is very calm with some minor rapids. It is a fun, relaxing time to get some sun and swim around.
