If you were a slave, who would buy your freedom? If you had an enemy, who would come to your defense? Learn in the book of Ruth how Jesus is a believer’s buyer-defender and rebuilds broken lives. Esther attained royalty to fulfill God’s purpose in her life and the lives of His people. Can God use you “for such a time as this”? John: Believe I Am

The book of John is foundational to our relationship with Jesus. This eight-session study by author and teaching pastor Megan Fate Marshman invites us to get to know Jesus in a personal and intimate way. We’re not meant to simply know a lot of facts about Jesus. You can know a lot about someone and yet not know them at all! By focusing on the seven “I Am” statements in John, we will come to truly know Jesus by spending time with him, sharing our life with him, and building trust in him.

Jonah: Not a Big Fish Story

Oftentimes, when we think of the book of Jonah, we think about a whale or giant fish. That’s what we teach our children in Sunday school, which sticks with us. However, this rich, prophetic book is more about Jesus than a big fish. It’s more about God’s love than Jonah’s shortcomings. Join us on a three-week journey to discover what the book of Jonah is really about and fall deeper in love with God through this short but powerful text. Childcare will be available for this study; registration is required.
