In light
of the upcoming exams at CSUMB and MPC as well as the busyness of many others lives, Oxygen has reserved the café for a three night span in April (Tuesday the 23rd, Wednesday the 24th, Thursday the 25th) from 5:30pm-11:00pm (drinks will be served until 10pm) so that people can have a warm and quiet place to study. Remember that it will be a coffee shop feel, so if you need complete silence to study this would probably not be the place for you. Also, we will be using this as an opportunity to invite people who wouldn’t normally come to a church or any event related to a church. We will be offering 1 free coffee drink to each person that comes throughout the duration of the study nights, so if you want to invite people you can let them know they will get one free coffee drink. Men’s Ministry is bringing Monte Carlo to Monterey with Casino Night at Shoreline Church on Friday, Jan 18 from 7 – 10:30p. $25 per person gets you entrance and $100 of funny money to test your skills at the tables. $10 for each additional $100.
