We splashed into October with a fun visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium with our 4′s class. We had a wonderful time with a scavenger hunt and plenty of time to touch and experience first hand the beautiful peninsula we live on. The children had a wonderful time exploring the aquarium as a Jr. Scientist with their field note clip board!
Our princesses and superheros in both classes had a wonderful time with a dress up Farm Field Trip to Carmel Valley. We had an opportunity to see animals at Hacienda Hay and Feed as well as a corn maze and a scratch and sniff adventure in the herb garden at Earthbound Farms!

In December we had a wonderful visit from the Monterey Fire Department. The children had a wonderful time learing how a fire truck works and had the pleasure going in an out of the fire truck as Jr. Firefighter!! Thank you Monterey Fire for your visit and service to our community!
What a fun day the children had as they explored a real Coast Guard boat. Lead through the boat by some of our local Coast Guard men the preschoolers had the oppertunity to run the lights, sirens, and talk over the VERY LOUD p.a. This is sure to be a day that each of the lucky kids will remember for years to come!
