WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND:
- I- Help, Friday, July 29th 4- 8:30 p.m. & Saturday, July 30th 6-9 a.m.
On the months when there is a 5th Friday we host the men that Friday too! So once again, we will be hosting the men of I-Help, providing them with food, a place to sleep, and sharing the words of Jesus. Let’s pray for these men to find the path that God has for them.
FOOD DONATIONS
Thank you for blessing us with your donations, we were able to help 370 people last month. The Food Pantry has some items but is in need of these particular items: dried beans and rice, peanut butter, soup, canned vegetables, canned fruits, canned chicken, beef stew, canned tuna, pasta and pasta sauce, dry cereal and oatmeal.

This Saturday we will be visiting both Cypress Ridge (formerly Monterey Pines) and Windsor Monterey Care Centers. We will need to be sharing a lot of love, so if it is in your heart to help share that love, please join us. Meet in the parking lot of Cypress Ridge. - Women’s Shelter Visit, Sunday, July 17th, 7-8:30 p.m.
Join Lisa Jefferson as she teaches the, “Steps to Achieving Your Business/Job Goals.” Help to encourage these women to better their situation.

Thank you for attending the Women’s Shelter Visit last Sunday night! A special thank you to Kecia Denk for her inspirational talk on Life’s Choices. Let’s continue to share with the women the love that Jesus has given us.
FOOD DONATIONS
Although you have already helped us serve so many people in need, our Food Pantry is nearly empty. If you can donate, our needs are: dried beans and rice (we are totally out of these), soup, canned vegetables, canned fruits, canned chicken, beef stew, canned tuna, pasta and pasta sauce. “Thank you” to all of you who have donated food, we really appreciate it!
WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND:
- Organic Outreach Training, Sunday, June 12th 11:15 a.m.- 2 p.m. or Tuesday, June 14th 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Everyday God provides natural connections for us to intersect with people everywhere. Join Pastor Kevin and Pastor Tom as we learn how to share our faith organically with others.
WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS MONTH:
- Annual Backpack and School Supplies Drive, until June 31st
We are 3 weeks into the drive with only 3 weeks left and we have received only 12 backpacks. Last year we collected 500, so let’s see if we can turn that up 1 degree also and collect 550. Please place your donated items in the barrels. Thank you to all of you who have already donated. - “Get on the Bus”, Saturday, June 18th
We will be sponsoring a bus of children that will be going to Soledad Prison to visit their Dad’s for Father’s Day. We want to thank Lisa Pray for the incredible job she did on this project and to the Ministries and their leaders for supplying the items for the “stay connected bags”:

Pastor Andrew Manies is organizing a group of people who will be stuffing the backpacks with all the donated supplies. We will meet in the Fellowship Center at Shoreline (lunch will be provided). Come join us and be a part of finalizing this great service project!
