Oxygen Luau – Oct. 18th

On September 22, 2011, in Oxygen (Young Adults), by Young Adult

The official date for the Oxygen Luau is going to be October 18th!

Bring your Hawaiian t-shirts, grass skirts, and your lei, because we are having a luau at the Hugo’s on October 18th. We are hoping the great weather will continue for a little longer so that we can have some sunshine as well! There will be tons of food and drinks provided (of the Hawaiian variety) and good music. This is a perfect opportunity to bring some friends along who may not normally come to Oxygen.

Basically, are going to have a fun night where we get to eat lots of good food and spend time in community. We are trying to get an idea of how much food we need, so if you are coming, then RSVP to Thomas or myself so we know a general sense of how many people will be there. Feel free to email me if you have any questions or you need the exact address.

Where: The Hugo House on Reservation Rd.
When: 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18th
What to bring: Hawaiian T-shirts and an appetite

So let’s go out and practice what we have learned!

  • “Get on the Bus”, Saturday, June 18th
We will be sponsoring a bus of children that will be going to Soledad Prison to visit their Dad’s for Father’s Day. We want to thank Lisa Pray for the incredible job she did on this project and to the Ministries and their leaders for supplying the items for the “stay connected bags”:

We will meet in the Fellowship Center at Shoreline from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. (lunch will be provided). Come join us and be a part of finalizing this great service project!
