Middle School Game Night!

Friday night Sept 17th Exit our middle school group will be having an epic game night here at Shoreline. Every game night we top the last and the games get crazier! This is a must for all 6th to 8th graders as it’s one of the biggest events of the year. So if your ready to chug clam juice, smash eggs with fish, spin to you fall, and win great prizes then this is your night. Come to play or just to watch but either way bring a friend for an amazing evening. In the Shoreline youth room at 6pm on Sept 17th.

Parents we are always looking for more volunteers so why not come hangout for the night to see how you might get involved with the middle school team. One way to help would be to provide snacks such as chips, popcorn, or finger foods for our events. Contact Pastor Andrew for more information.

Exit – Guys Camping Trip

On August 27, 2010, in Exit (Middle School), by Andrew

It’s about 8:30 and we just started making our smores here on the Exit guys camping trip. As the the girls are out to the movies and dinner we are spending the night by the fire. So far we have spent time exploring the camp grounds and going on several short hikes. After all the smores have been eaten we will settle down for a short bible study on what it means to be a man of God. Taking time to get away with just the guys allows us to explore Gods plan for men and what the young boys can begin doing to grow into being who God would have them be. I love this time and remember going on camp outs like this at there age and those lessons have kept with me all these years.
Also a big thanks to all the boys being okay with one girl on the trip. My 3 year old Katie has joined us for her first camping trip. Thanks Boys!

Exit Middle School – Sunday Mornings

On August 22, 2010, in Exit (Middle School), by Andrew

Sunday mornings at Exit middle school group is a great place for all 6th – 8th graders to come for a service designed just for them with all their middle school needs in mind. From our lesson time to the music and mixer games we provide interaction for the students to connect to each other, the leaders, and God. Throughout the year we spend time in topical series and walking through passages of scripture to help the students learn the over arching stories of the Bible. If it’s our time we spend worshiping through music or just playing giant four square we constantly seek to show the students what life walking with Christ can look like. We encourage all 6th – 8th graders to come hang out Sunday during Shorelines 2nd service at 10am or Wednesday nights from 6 – 8pm. Also we are always looking for parent involvement and volunteer leaders, so stop on by or contact Pastor Andrew for more information.
