Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is all about experiencing God’s healing power in our lives as we learn to apply 8 Principles taken from Jesus’ words in the Gospel of Matthew. Together, we learn how to apply Biblical principles, how to grow spiritually, and how to find freedom from our Hurts, Hang-ups and Habits. As we progress through the Christ-centered 12 Steps, we grow together and as individuals, and discover that our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power, Jesus Christ, is enough.

“Gathering” this Friday | September 4th

On September 1, 2009, in Celebrate Recovery, by SmallGroups

This is an important reminder that this Friday night we will be starting the season of Celebrate Recovery from lesson one and kicking off a new year of healing fellowship. We look forward to finding freedom from our hurts, hang-ups, and habits, and most importantly a deeper, more meaningful relationship with our Heavenly Father.

Emails have gone out to all churches and recovery centers in the area, and I would appreciate your help in spreading the word. This Friday will be a great starting point for anyone that you know is in need of God‘s miraculous healing grace. From tonight until Friday, pray about those in your life who you are going to invite. This Friday, September 4 we will be gathering in the fellowship center of Shoreline Church, 2500 Garden Road, Monterey, CA 93940.

6 p.m.: Food and fellowship

7 p.m.: Rockin’ worship and message of hope

8-9 p.m.: Small Group gatherings

We hope to see you on Friday!
