Middle School Game Night!

Friday night Sept 17th Exit our middle school group will be having an epic game night here at Shoreline. Every game night we top the last and the games get crazier! This is a must for all 6th to 8th graders as it’s one of the biggest events of the year. So if your ready to chug clam juice, smash eggs with fish, spin to you fall, and win great prizes then this is your night. Come to play or just to watch but either way bring a friend for an amazing evening. In the Shoreline youth room at 6pm on Sept 17th.

Parents we are always looking for more volunteers so why not come hangout for the night to see how you might get involved with the middle school team. One way to help would be to provide snacks such as chips, popcorn, or finger foods for our events. Contact Pastor Andrew for more information.

Exit – Small Group Leaders Needed

On August 26, 2010, in Middle School - EXIT, by Andrew

As the school year begins several of our college age volunteers are heading back to school or away for their first time. We are excited for all of those heading to new areas and pray thy find a new places serve God as they arrive. Finding place to serve can at times be a challenge. How will I fit? Am I using my skills and talents? Is this the best use of my gifts? Is my time being well spent? There are so many uncertain questions to face as you considering serving in an area of ministry. At Exit middle school group we try to never fill an opening with simply who ever is available, but truly seek to connect people to a role their gifting matches. One of our largest needs currently is for small group leaders but we have many areas available. Group historian to document outings and activities through video, photos, web posts and more. Setup and tear down leaders to help make the room welcoming and ready for events. Discipleship class leaders for our newly beginning discipleship courses. All of these areas are current needs but if you have a suggestion we are open to explore new areas and ideas. If you feel like you may have interest take a look and pray over the pictures below of several of the middle school small groups.

Exit Small Groups

On August 18, 2010, in Middle School - EXIT, by Andrew

At Exit Middle School Ministries our small groups play a key role in the relational portion of our ministries. Every Wednesday night we meet for food, fun, and games. Then we have a short lesson by Pastor Andrew and split into small groups to follow up on the lesson. Our focus is to have conversation about the lesson while we build encouraging Christ centered friendships. If your a middle schooler looking to connect with other students or a parent seeking a good environment for your student.
