Shelter Outreach Plus Project!

On May 9, 2014, in Community Outreach, Featured-Auto, by CommunityOutreach

Serve Saturday-Email Blast

Help us partner with Shelter Outreach Plus (facilitators of I-Help & Hamilton House) & Extended Family Ministry as we bless the apartments of the I-Help men with much-needed repairs, gardening, painting, plumbing, etc. These projects start out as a blessing to someone else, but by the time we are done, we are the ones who are blessed.

Meet at 3046 Lexington Court, Marina, on Saturday, June 7th, at 9a for bagels and donuts then on to beautifying the facility. Lunch will be provided, then back to doing God’s work. We hope to be done by 2p but if needed, you can stay longer if you wish.

If it is your gift or your heart to help, please sign up at the Community Outreach Booth on Sunday.

Thank you for considering to help with this project!

Showing others they are valuable by how you treat them. Hopefully we have driven the point home this month.  Doing for your enemies what they wouldn’t do for you is a pretty tall order for anyone. With prayer and encouragement we can accomplish this.  This was our final day for the lessons on Kindness. I pray the kids came away being a little more kind to each other.  Download the God Time-Sunday Supplement here!
